LDOTR: Are Obama Workers Jinxing McCain?

I heard Rush talk today about two anonymous female Obama campaign workers who blogged about how the polls are wrong, and that they've lost respect for Obama b/c of the "sexist" negative campaign against Palin.

Supposedly, 80% of people polled refuse to answer, which means there are more McCain supporters out there who don't want to admit it.

Now, Rush's gut feeling is that McCain can win and that people need to go vote.

"Whatevuh."

Rush has clearly fallen prey to some kind of parody/joke. Maybe these Obama campaign workers are trying to put the jinx on McCain by claiming he's doing better than expected. Who knows?

I do know that Rush needs to be more careful about what blog posts he chooses to read on the air. After Obama wins, Rush will be forced to be more careful with the Fairness Doctrine.

I have a granddaughter.

What am I to say when she grows up and asks me to tell her what Freedom and Liberty were like?

How am I to explain to her why the American people would give up that Freedom and Liberty to vote for a man who had communist leanings and changed the country into the People's Republic of America?

With any luck, I won't live long enough to have to tell her the truth...

The people of America had lost the meaning of personal responsibility, they lost their souls and they lost their minds.

With their handouts provided thru redistribution of wealth, they threw it all away.

I'm sorry if the citizens of the United States of America did not wake up to what they and future generations were about to lose.

I can't add a thing to what you said because you said it all and you are absolutely right.

I feel so sad now, I feel like crying. The American Dream for the first time in my life is in danger of being broken.

I am mad that America is being so dumb and I am scared that Obama might be elected, and then it will be too late.

My family has done what they can-signs, bumperstickers, phone calling, etc.

I hope it is enough that the ones that chose to be active in this campaign can save the rest from living under Obama as president.

I hope that people will vote for McCain just to preserve democracy even if they don't like his platform.

If Obama is elected, our life as we know it in America will change forever.

In these last four days, it is still in the control of the people.

After Nov. 4, it will not be. Pray for us all and God bless America!

Go John the McCain, the humble patriot, and Sarah the Palin, the go getter!

Is anyone else disturbed by the MSN massive investigations launched against Joe the Plumber (an INNOCENT AMERICAN CITIZEN)?

As Rush said we know more details about his life than we know about the 93 9/11 bombers.

This is an all out attack just like THEY did to Palin when she first came out.

How can we freely speak our minds, how can we confront corrupt politicians when we're scared of the media "swiftboating" us?

This is a subtle attack against the first amendment.

What REALLY bothers me is that Oakland, Chicago, Detroit, NY, Miami, and LA are preparing for riots if Obama loses, but if you bring that up, it's considered racism. I would have to say I consider it realism due to the fact that the departments ARE preparing and the majority of the population they are preparing for are black. Now I will be called a racist too and yet, this is the truth.

What will really be sad and sick is if regardless of a win or loss, there IS a giant riot and people get hurt or killed by mobs.

They start in their own neighborhoods and trash and loot their own small businesses first. Obama is having his little party on election night in the same Chicago location as the riots from '68..think that is a coincidence? Nov 4th in Chicago can be a very snowy, cold location yet even with Mayor Daley asking for it to go inside, Obama wants it to be held outside. I'll bet the Weather Underground (William Ayers) has plans if he loses just as he did in '68.

It's the big one this November,
Match racing in the Fall,
And down the stretch they come.
A nose, a neck, a length, a smile;
McCain wins, it's Limbaugh boots him in.

I'll never forget the segment where Rush came on the air said all was lost and he supporting Bill Clinton's bid for the White House.

Then the next segment he came out and completely ignored that comment and went on with the program as normal.

I laughed out loud as I knew exactly where he was going.

The rest of the day callers came out of the woodworking begging Rush to reconsider, all the time he denied ever endorsing Clinton.

He was making a point about honesty and integrity of course pointing out in his way Clinton's issues with those items.
Priceless.

It always amazes me how many people just don't get Rush's sense of humor. I have only been listening for about 7 1/2 years now. I didn't even watch him when he was on TV. I thought, like the MSM wanted me to think, that he was just a far-right blowhard. Within a week of listening to him I knew I had found my political guru.

Even during that first week, I could tell when he was joking and when he was serious. He pretends to have a huge ego and all that but that's just his schtick. And the left doesn't get it.

My boss, and a good friend, is hopelessly liberal. The other day he said words to the effect that Limbaugh's a dope.

He then related something that I had heard Rush say on the radio that was completely tongue-in-cheek. I laughed and told him that it was a joke. Then he admitted that he only heard a clip of it played on another show. So there you go: out of context again, like the left always does.

You're right- it amazes me when people -- mostly libs who dip their toes in the enemy's water, but also a few long-time listeners -- just don't get it. A humble man who pretends hubris for comedy, his delivery is what makes him one of the greatest entertainers of recent decades. The fact that he's almost always right is just a bonus.

The Drive-Bys know they can't ignore him completely because too many of us listen to him (jealous, aren't they?). Their only move is to take him out of context every now and then to try and distort the public perception, as with most everything else. They can't do it too often, however, else we would all have reason to doubt their *chuckles* "journalistic integrity."

I had just parked my Pink Vespa in front of the voting booth and was taking Bo Bo my white poodle out of his basket when you waved to me.

It was not really a big wave kind of more like a one finger wave but I got the message loud and clear.

I would love for you to toss my salad someday.

Please email me back where I can meet you, I want you to do me on my Pink Vespa.

Please also let me know how many hotdogs I can hold and I am not talking about in my hands so I know it is you.

thats right Jason, arm yourself.
and if there is a knock at the door just shoot them, no questions asked.
after all you are only defending yourself against the federal conspiracy to place all "conservatives" in re-education camps.

Everybody listen up to what Jason has to say:

If somebody you dont know knocks on your door, just shoot them between the eyes before they do anything.

its the only way to be safe.

I have to wonder if some of these comments are a joke.

"It's up to us to arm ourselves and protect our property."

"How am I to explain to her why the American people would give up that Freedom and Liberty to vote for a man who had communist leanings and changed the country into the People's Republic of America?"

"The American Dream for the first time in my life is in danger of being broken."

"Bush's economy was the best in history."

"If Barack Obama wins the presidency, he will endanger the country by making us more vulnerable to terrorist attacks."

I really dont get this.
What on Earth are you people talking about?
are these joke comments?
If not you people really are crazy.
Go see psychiatrists all of you,
because you need professional help.
This is not a joke.
Really.
Right after you read this go look up a mental heath professional in your area before you hurt somebody.
Im serious.
