If you ever visit Williamsburg, Virginia, you have to take a peak into this place.
I asked the waitress what was with the obsession with roosters. She answered, “It’s all about the blue chicken.”

Along with the Fat Canary , this bistro brought a new level of dining to Merchants Square when it opened in 2004. “Serious comfort food” is the motto here, although much of the comfort food has a decidedly French flair. The menu ranges from American-style rotisserie chicken and cedar-roasted salmon to French coq au vin and confit of duck. You can also order a fat hamburger here anytime. With most main courses priced less than $20 and a glass of house wine at $3, the value here is as good as the food.
I dont know if I would eat blue chicken.
