- How is it that the Media gives the NFL a free pass ™ when the Chargers get into the Playoffs with an 8-8 record and the Patriots are locked out with an 11-5 record? MEANWHILE, baseball's wildcard system is called into question if a division winner has a fewer wins than a team that didn't make it. The percentage difference between 8-8 and 11-5 is HUGE; much bigger than any difference you'd see in baseball.
- When did doctors become the equivalent of mechanics who can't fix an air conditioning system in a car?

Good points…MLB’s Wild Card system and Divisions are always under attack while NFL gets a Free Pass ™on them, steroids, boring games, a different team winning every year, and players having no rights like the baseball player’s union gives.
NFL hype has always been fueled by the MEDIA and gambling.
Regarding doctors becoming mechanics: that ties in with law suits and being politically correct. Back in my mom and grandma’s day, the doc just have a clean cut diagnosis, no questions asked. He may have been wrong, but it was a decision- that’s how Harry Truman ran things.
