  • Going to School Before Dawn + Eating Lunch at School
As it gets later for sunrise here in Broward County, the first thing that pops into my head in mornings (well, besides you know) is how the dark mornings were foreign to me when I was a kid in New York. Back in Brooklyn, I always walked or took the bus to school after dawn. [...]Going to School Before Dawn + Eating Lunch at School is a copyrighted article fr […]

Instead, the focus is now on the rumors that Bud Selig’s NARC team is investigating the c […]

I’ve spotted some cool paint jobs in recent days out here in Smallville that I managed to capture on camera so I could share with you. I hope to spot it again, but [...]Jesus, Goku, and the Pink Panther (photos of paint jobs on cars) is […]

NY is a joke, full of many who don't even understand proper English. It is over rated with a poor economy, arrogance about nothing and filthy subways and streets with NO Parking! I have lived in Calif, Fl, PA, NJ, Long Island and find NYC the worst economy, climate and attitude. The medical care can be good, but who lives for hospitals??I plan to move o […]

L.R: Anecdotes from Rush

What an opening monologue:
- Apparently, Congress voted for a Cap and Trade bill that wasn't even written yet.
- Theory: New York Republicans voted for the bill so that Wall Street can manage the Cap and Trade market. "This is a sop by Obama to Wall Street."
- Cap and Trade equals more oil imports.
- Supreme Court rejects Satomayor's decision.
- John Edwards sex video?
- Governor Sanford finds sympathy in the MEDIA? "Chickification of the News."
- Women get fat after marriage, according to NY Times. "If Sanford marries [Argentine mistress], she'll become a tub."

Yeah, 'cause men don't get fat after marriage.

  • Vahl says:

I got whiplash listening to that monologue.

I failed to mention that he defended Michael Jackson against all the "Experts" coming out of the woodwork, explaining how he died with no toxicology report. He even said he supported Al Sharpton's efforts to defend the man.

Rush, since his drug problems cane to light, has been very sympathetic to people accused of prescription drug abuse.

  • R.A.W. says:

thats only because he got caught engaging in it himself.

  • Vahl says:

Once again, we're on the same page, RAW.

    Thanks for expressing your agreement.

  • R.A.W. says:

you dont have to be on the same page as me, its okay to have disagreements with other people.

the only thing I cant understand is why anybody would want to listen to rush in the first place.

to me he always seemed like a constipated ted baxter and even when I was a libertarian right wing guy years ago, I could not understand why he had any appeal to anyone, and still dont.
