Here's what I learned this lunch hour:
- Tiger Woods is rumored to be spending $3 million on a hospital boat for Haiti, according to the Jim Rohm Talk Show
- Rush claims he's misunderstood, that he did not tell people to not donate to charities (whatever … typical Rush, being the agent provocateur that he is)
- Fox News reports people with machetes fighting over food in Haiti
- Danny Glover blames global warming for earthquake
- dead bodies piled in streets, making it difficult for aid workers to get trucks around the city
- 50% of building damaged or destroyed in Port-Au-Prince
- Obama being praised for his quick response to tragedy
- there are reports of people are sceaming in the streets
- apparently some dude named Brown, who is Republican, is about to win Ted Kennedy's old Senate seat and end the Democrats 60 seat control of the Senate

As with every tragedy, the story eventually spins out of control and gets politicized.
