I thought I would comment on some Drudge headlines today, in a random attempt to make sense of today’s snapshot of MSM reality:
WHITE HOUSE BLOCKS CHEF TWEETS? Okay, this is today’s lead headline. I heard Laura Ingraham mention it, too. From what I understand, a Chicago chef was brought in to cater the State Dinner tonight with the Mexican President. I guess the dude thought he was free to do whatever, and decided to send out a tweet. Whoops!
I wonder how the White House or Secret Service found out he sent a tweet? Were they monitoring his Twitter feed, or did they detect the tweet when he sent it from his phone? That’s kinda creepy, either way, but when it comes to National Security, it makes sense … I guess.
My other question: was the chef’s Twitter location turned on? If so, then the National Security implications might be pretty serious. He might reveal the GPS location of the White House Kitchen!
Obama to Calderon: "We are Not Defined by Our Borders"... Wow. Michael Savage will have a FIELD DAY with this.
UPDATE: German prosecutors investigating GOOGLE... Yawn … Google Streetview invades privacy. What a shock, but the beat goes on. I’ve accepted the loss of privacy as some form of mass lunacy. I can do my part, but Google Streetview and other services will be out there, snapping photos and video shooting us 24/7. “It is what it is.” It’s funny that Europe, not the U.S., cares deeply about privacy. That doesn’t fit the Rush Limbaugh template. Ha ha ha.
'IDOL's Ellen Pick For Bowersox: Love Song - To a Woman! MSNBC MADDOW ON PRIMARIES: 'VIBRATING OFF MY SEAT'... The mainstream MSM is exposing gay morality and sensibilities to the public — a woman singing as a man, and off-hand references to sex toys is acceptable conversation for the G and PG crowd. Previous conventions of morality are being rejected, just as those conventions rejected homosexuality in the religious texts they are based. As a parent who supports freedom of sexual orientation but doesn’t want my children exposed to crude language, it’s my job to control what’s displayed on our multimedia TV and computer screens.

Why is it expected by anyone that when they transmit unencrypted (”in-the-clear”) communications that they should be guaranteed some expectation of privacy?
Unencrypted WiFi is just that, *unencrypted*.
Pray that Google not be charge with fault for this or expect more of your freedoms to be taken away.
What’s next? You will charged violating someone’s privacy for reading their tee-shirt or taking a picture with a stranger who walks by in the background.
Google never captured “private” communications because by their very unencrypted nature, they were and are *public*. Radio waves like audio waves or light waves (photons) are a public asset and it should never be crime to read, watch or listen to that which is public.
Yeah, just like wiretapping your phone, peasant flesh.
I’ve got to hand it to you, you did a great job. The info is very much appreciated.
If you preacher teaches people to commit a crime or murder in the name of religion to the local populace he might be a terrorist. Koolaid is not just in politics it originated in religion.
