Top Priority

Contributed by Johnny Graves

As a mom, the option of sitting down and enjoying a little direct tv bakersfield seems to never ever come around. The very moment I think I may have found a stopping point between walking the dog, doing the laundry, cooking, picking up, I find another thing just begging for my attention. All I want to do somedays is just lie on the sofa and watch the Travel Channel all day without being sick with the flu to make it happen. I’d love nothing more than to be whisked away to TV Land so I have decided on Wednesdays, when all the kids including the pets are where they belong and fed, I am sitting down for two full hours to watch either a movie, or a favorite channel. If I learned one thing over the years it’s that if you don’t put it on the priority list it never happens. This is also true for down time. If taking some time for ourselves it not on that list of ours, most of the time it just won’t happen. That’s why it has been moved to the top of Wednesday’s list for me. Permanently.
