LDOTR: More Proof Phil Hendrie Sucks Now
Here’s more proof that Phil Hendrie is past his prime, as asserted at the Skew blog:
Obama will give us the hope of new talk show talent, and the change we need on the airwaves, and youtube.

Sheesh. Phil, you really DO suck.
I’m looking at your Youtube crap, and you’ve got three good quality minutes of show every two or three months.
That’s a minute a month, Phil. A minute a month.
How do I sell that to advertiser? “Hey, advertise on Phil Hendrie — one good minute of show a month, and he mails in the rest.”
I told ya to stop reading Drudge Headlines three hours a night, but ya wouldn’t listen to me, now would ya? Now I’ve got to pull your keester from the fire that is your show descending into HELL in a HANDBASKET… unbelievable.
Phil is still funny when he wants to be, but most of his new show does suck because he spends a greater part of the time interviewing authors and talking seriously about politics/news issues.
Phil still has the ability to do what he used to but choosesds to do a serious show instead, even when he does his characters (which is only about 15mins per three hour show now)
he does not take calls from or interact with the audience while doing so.
prediction:
phil will eventually return to doing the kind of full time comedy radio show he used to do because of the protests of his longtime fans, or he will commit suicide.
