The Original DailySkew

I just heard Gina from Long Island call into the Rush show, where she talked about how mammogram screening is not enough to catch aggressive cancers that happen to develop immediately after a screening is performed. This call happened after Rush read an announcement from the American Cancer Society that said, basically, cancer screenings are overrated.

Gina and Rush agreed that the American Cancer Society is throwing women under the bus for Obamacare. Obviously, this goes for guys and prostrate cancer screening, too.

Prior to this, Rush read an article where they mentioned how price controls don't work in practice. I remember being in school and learning about the disaster that was Nixon's price controls, back in the 70's. Companies would change the name or type of product to get around the price controls … so, I can validate what Rush was saying.

It's hilarious, really. We can see the effects of rationing and price controls on the health care system already, and the answer, according to Obamacare, is to expand government programs that are creating the problems!

Sorry, but this whole thing is real sick. "Twisted and evil."

I look forward to RAW's answer to all these problems on his blog, raw.dailyskew.com. He's apolitical, so it should be interesting.
